The Rose Garden Room boasts a king sized bed that can also be separated into two twin beds. This room also has a love seat/sofa that can pull out to sleep a third person and can also accommodate the addition of a pack-n-play or a cot for a child. There is a private bath with shower and a private enclosed porch and a screened porch from which to enjoy morning sun over the gardens and the White Mountains. The White Mountain Room has a queen bed with an heirloom quilt and lovely antique furnishings, and a private bath with shower. This room opens onto its own private screened porch where you'll awake to the sun rising over the White Mountains. Masters Suite with its queen bed and large private bath is located on the main floor and is convenient for those challenged by stairs in old homes.  It too has its lovely enclosed porch on the back. Bright, fresh and yellow, 'La Favorite' has a regular full size bed, an in-room sink, a ceiling fan, and some of my favorite original art.  It shares a bath across the hall with the Jenny Lind room (see below). (The La Favorite and the Jenny Lind Room can be used as a suite of two rooms for an adult plus a child or mother-in-law, or for two individual singles traveling together.  It is on the front of the house.) The Jenny Lind Room is a cozy corner room with a single twin bed and Laura Ashley quilt, an in-room sink, all newly appointed décor and lighting, and shares a bath with LaFavorite (above).  A new photo (coming soon) will better represent the room. Room Rates range from $80 to $145 per night.
There is a surcharge for a one-night-only stay on Saturdays during the summer and fall,
and there are discounts for additional nights, extended stays and off season stays.
